What the builder saves

Your answers and edited summary are saved on this device and backed up on Cloudflare so the brief can be processed. An essential session cookie links your browser to your draft. Abandoned drafts expire after 30 days; clearing your browser’s site data removes the local copy.

How AI is involved

When you ask for follow-up questions, a summary, or a detailed pack, your project answers and relevant brief text are sent to DeepSeek’s API. DeepSeek may process this information outside Australia under its own service policies. Contact details are used for enquiries and delivery, and are not included in the AI brief-generation prompt.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, confidential customer records or other sensitive personal information. You can keep names and examples general.

Enquiries and purchases

Your name, email, answers and summary are sent to John only when you choose “Send to John”. Buying a pack does not also submit a consulting enquiry. As the service operator, John may access stored records to support fulfilment or resolve a problem.

Stripe processes payments; Goodjob does not receive or store your full card details. Cloudflare stores drafts and documents, and Resend delivers transactional emails. Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse.

Retention

Enquiry records in the site database and purchased documents are retained for 90 days. Purchased documents and their brief content are removed after the download period. Basic order and payment references may remain for accounting and support. Emails already delivered to you or John are separate copies. Stripe and other providers apply their own retention policies.

Application logs exclude brief contents and contact details. There is no advertising tracking in the brief builder.
